Hartmann’s Last Victory (Original) SOLD

The highest scoring fighter pilot in history, Erich Hartmann shoots down his last victim, 8 May 1945 in his Messerschmitt Me109K over Brno.

This classic original painting has recently been reacquired by the artist and is now for sale for the first time in 18 years.

Regarded as one of Mark’s finest Osprey books cover paintings, it was purchased on release back in 2008 and has not been available since.

As with most Osprey cover paintings, this one is acrylic on 15″ x 11″ fine grain artboard.  The painting is currently framed as illustrated but this can be removed for overseas purchasers if necessary.
